Umm...wow. Santa will always come. However, it's best if you ask your parents these questions, because everyone's house is different, but your parents have probably been there for a while, and will know best.
No, Santa has ways of sneaking in that make it so you can't see him. He also won't come if you stay up waiting for him to come. Don't leave cookies and milk because mice will come. Write him a note and he'll reply!
