I married for 8 years and have a daughter 8 year old. My husband is a lazy bum, doesn't want to work and told me that he wants to raise my daughter instead, so, he takes care of my daughter and kept her home school. I am furious for 8 years to live with such a loser and want to get out of this marriage. But I am afraid that he will ask for spousal support (in colorado). I don't have any money to give him since I carried a huge credit debts to raise him and my daughter. Any advice?

To response to the first answer, why not you "husband" become a woman and actually taking half of the financial and household responsibility instead of finding excuses to stay home?
