seem familiar to anyone of you :
like when sometimes you feel like your only your soul and other times you feel souless
and everything you see seem unfamiliar..litteraly unfamiliar but your 24/7 aware
now i just woke up from this nightmare in wich i dreamed i was only a brain now after remembering it i got so scared of it i don't know why :(( (im afraid i consider myself as just a brain potentially)
i know this sounds silly and crazy but i'm scared of these kinda thoughts over n over
could it be DP or DR ?? it's like having weirdest thouts in your head and you try justify how wrong they are everytime,really like sensless words and ideas that get stuck in my mind n scares me..i feel so numb
plz if anyone can help i would approciate it (specially someone who been through kinda situation i would approciate it if u leave me you're e-mail) thanks for reading

You need to focus your mind, don't worry about dreams because they're not real.
Even if they seem real they can't harm you.
Start thinking positively about your future in terms of health and education.
Education doesn't only mean what we learn at school or collage, there is so much more to learn and become in life.
For one all the major faiths tell us the world it's self is evil, so don't identify with it and buy into the ways of the world.

One thing is true from which we can't escape; if we overindulge in anything at all we may suffer the consequences. Like sadness, if we're feeling sad for too long for whatever reason, or have experienced damaging emotional trauma and don’t deal with it, we're in danger of inducing a little depression upon our selves.
You can't beat a good diet, keeping the mind exploratory and the brain healthy which we need in order to discover and drive our goals, also to find a little enjoyment in life from time to time.
Negative mentality and emotions can give rise to a capricious mind - pondering on negative thoughts and bad ideas.
We need our minds to envisage, not to see!

Procrastination can be a trait linked with depression, we can and often do find reasons not to do things or change our selves.
Keep it real, avoid drink, drugs and smoking, find some enjoyment in something once in a while.
It's amazing how many of us beat our heads against walls (Minds in boxes, TV is poisonous), when just down the road from us will be rolling country side with amazing views, running streams, and lakes.
Local Charity Groups, Church groups - (Destroy our vanity and ego), Mountain biking or cycling clubs are great, camping out, fishing, walks along the hills and mountains, walks along a beach, photography, this is our true nature. (Stay safe!)

Keep fit, read books, create poetry, art or learn a musical instrument, then give what you have to others because creating is really good for us. This is good for humility too,.

It sounds most likely like DR. Because your mind makes these things up, and you know they aren't real, but since you are so unattached to reality, your mind conflicts with logic as to whether it is real. You were scared by the dream because, once again, logic and your mind are conflicting.
You can try therapy, or just use logic to power over your mind. Use any mental cues or blocks to guide your mind in the right direction.
Don't kill yourself, that will lead to Hell. There are many people who killed themselves and found themselves tormented in Hell. You should look up some suicide near death experiences on youtube. They are not a picnic. What you should do is turn to God and ask Jesus into your heart.
I used to be suicidal, and one time I was hospitalized for it. Now I am a Christian. I hear angels singing, so I know God is real. Male and female voices singing a holy choir. In a dream I heard the angels sing, "Christ died for man and He shall reign forever".
you are normal. When a person knows he is not normal, he is normal. Yoga and Pranayam will benefit u. Keep dreams away frm ur real life.
