Ok so I just started playing the lotto and I have a take 5 ticket (not a scratchy) and I was wondering if I won anything? I have 4 out of 5 numbers but not in the same row and I played $5 worth and on 1 line I do have 2 numbers.
Do I have anything coming to me? All the numbers are on 1 ticket so I have 5 lines.

You essentially have 5 lotto tickets but they are just printed on 1 ticket because obviously it's easier carrying around 1 ticket instead of 5 plus it saves paper. You can't use some numbers from one line and some from another. One line is 1 ticket, the next line is another ticket, and so on. On the line where you have 2 numbers is your only winner according to the info you have given, matching 2 out of 5 numbers wins you a free ticket for another drawing. In the Take 5 lottery matching 3, 4, or 5 numbers wins you money but the prizes are pari-mutuel which means the winning amount for each level depends on the number of winners for that individual drawing. So for example say you match 4 out of 5 numbers, the less amount of people in that drawing who also match 4 out of 5 the better because your money amount will be higher.
go on the your state lottery website and it will tell you the prizes. Also scan your ticket that will tell you if you win and how much.
