So this past Friday I was hired at Target and they said I had to take a drug test. First of all, I don't do drugs. I told them I had a school project due but I could probably make the 3 hour time window they gave me (they let me out at 1pm, and it closes at 4pm). Sadly, I didn't make it and its not open Saturday for Drug Testing. I talked to the HR lady today and she said that Targets policy will auto delete my conditional employment since I didnt make the 24 hour limit. :/ Then she followed up by saying she is going to try to decline my application and re do the processs for me and to call her back. Can she do this or is it out of her power???

Im not trying to get out of it, im trying to take it on Monday since i COULD NOT make it Friday, which I told them I possibly couldnt but they mis understood me.
