ok i pulled the heads off my 305 camaro to switch heads and use different lifters. i have not removed the cam harmonic balancer or anything just the heads, i have a dumb question but need it answered, with the heads off i can hit the car to start it and i can watch the pistons moving, pretty cool but anyway cant i just set tdc by watching?? when the number 1 cylinder reaches the highest point is that top dead center, or correct me if i'm wrong but that should be tdc right???
Update:thank you, so when the piston is all the way up and both lifters for that piston down its tdc? thanks!!!!!!!!

It will be TDC on compresion if both lifters are DOWN.......If one lifter is up, it's at TDC on the exhaust stroke.
Ford Fushion Takes the two petrol or diesel relies upon on which vehicle you're able to definitely acquire this is not any longer basically one type. based on the Fiesta however the Fushion is a taller version meaning you have extra leg room, headroom and boot area. no longer astounding coping with although with it being taller. ok vehicle.
dont know if 4 or 6 but opposite should be rocking for compression on no 1
knuckles is right, you want top dead center compression, to drop your distributor in.
