I am going to tell you this whole long story. So the area where you would plug the cord into my camera is broken and i cannot use the cord anymore. I have the Nikon Coolpix s4000. I purchased a card reader and a battery charger so that i could still use my camera. I recently used the card reader and i found that i left the memory card in the card reader and proceeded to take pictures on my camera. So, these pictures are in my camera and i don't think i have anyway to get them out. My dad wondered if there was any way that we could transfer these pictures from my camera to my memory card and then to our computer. If you know how I could do this PLEASE tell me. the pictures on my camera are Christmas pictures and my mom would be soooo mad if she found out that this happened. Thanks!!!

Usually when the pictures are saved to the internal memory rather than a memory card, there is an option to then copy them to the memory card **once it is inserted back into the camera.**.
Try putting a card in the camera and looking for the "Copy" option on the photos. probably best to use an empty card.
Your camera only has 45mb of internal memory so the chances are there's only about 10-15 pictures saved in the camera memory anyway.
There should be a walk-thru in the users manual if it is do-able.
