Why when it's raining in our area, ben 2ul "el donya bet natar"? Even though it's only in our area, w fy manate2 tanya el shams bet nawar fiha be nafs el wa2t.

Well I guess when ppl say 'el donya betmatar' they pretty much mean like, 'el donya betmatar in our vicinity' not actually like omg, the "world" is raining..
