Use the maginifaction to zoom in on the polyps at the top of the trachea. Switch to the drain and drain all of the blood. Switch to the laser and burn away all of the polyps. Spread antibiotic gel over the little holes that are left from the polyps. If more blood pools form, make SURE to drain them before you try to do anything else. When you zap all the polyps from one area, use the magnification tool again to zoom back out. You'll see more polyps form on a different part of the trachea. Zoom in on that part and repeat the strategy above. You'll be done in no time.
