Here's my take on the internet dating thing:
When a person goes out looking for a relationship on the internet, they are trying to fill a void in their life. They go to a match-making site and find lots of other people who also have a void they want to fill. The match-making site lines them up with people they are compatible with. So now you have but two people who both intended to get into a serious relationship prior to meeting a mate, who have met someone they are compatible with. It's just void-filling, not love. Sure, it can grow to be love, but in an arranged-marriage sort of way.
It's quite possible, apparence, as far as true love would go, wouldn't matter to the extent you thinking. Trust that a true love relationship would mean honesty, so that would of been talked about honestly before hand, before they ever met. That aside, be carful asking for random help like that, when asking for help understand its going to be real hard for you to tell weather that helps is actually helpful or harmful. Ether way, lifes a struggle to find meaning, I hope the best in your endavor to accomplish that, I have an e-mail, if you just need to vent, chat, get some more information, feel free to use it....
no matter how you feel while talking to that person on the computer, we still require the sight of that person or a handshake to confirm what we have been feeling or lead to feel
