I received a ticket for failure to complete a full stop at a stop sign.. I went to court and got it reduced and paid it off with 5 monthly payments about a year ago.

6 months later, turns out somehow mysteriously, they didn't receive my last payment of $45 and now submitted my name to a collection agency. Now, they want $350 and have submitted a warrant for my arrest without my knowledge.

My bank statements all cleared out for paying the amount except the last one. I have proof of writing the check on-time.

What are my options here?
