Video display bar on profiles?
I've noticed some people have a bar at the top of their profiles displaying videos they like or have uploaded. It's at the very top of the profiles on the right side. It replaces the Extended Network table.
Here's an example.

I just want to know why some people have it and others don't.
How do I get it? Be detailed please.

no one actually chooses it.
most of the time it shows up, unless your layout html code says other wise, when you have about 3 or 4 videos of your own.
but it also shows up on others do to, to many things on there profile spamming there stuff.
