That's not true. I'm a Pisces and you don't always have to make the first move. But if your friend is shy then you might have to. I'm not sure about your compatibility, I just know the best signs for Pisces are Scorpio's and Cancer's. But who knows, it could work for you two. Good luck!

So although they can be sensitive to each other's needs, Pisces may sometimes not be aware of small issues. Virgo see the trees while Pisces sees the forest. Virgo will need to learn to be less critical and Pisces needs to learn to be more present for the partner.
I'm virgo and I've been with a pisces before and you ALWAYS have to make the first move about EVERYTHING. I mean everything, really. Which is uncomfortable for the virgo because they usually don't like doing that. But with the Aries in your moon that may be different for you. Then again he has Leo in his moon... so idk!
