hello everyone, i am doing a final project website. it's about a music sharing website. where users can login and share their favorite songs. users can also share video-clips, lyrics, photos and news about their favorite singers or bands. what's the best way to do it, concerning the design. I need some ideas about it. how to best design my website??? thanks

Check out http://www.reddit.com/ , I've never seen music there, but same concept and they do a pretty good job. Live feeds of new posts are popular, you should also implement a search engine like sphinx search or something...
You could only do this site if it is non-licensed music. If not you could get in a ton of trouble if you plan on leavbing this site up. I like the concept though just tough with copyright laws.
Are you able to use a serverside database? Then you could make a twitter copy (but in a much simpeler form, like only friends and tweeting, nothing else).
