I'm Trying to lose weight (healthy) and keep the pounds off. I plan to do Beach-body's Power90 and progress into the Advance Power90, P90X, and P90X2 over the next year. I need to know if my eating habits are healthy.
Breakfast- Homemade fruit smoothing using a cup of fruit and Cup of Apple Juice The max Calories of my smoothies are 300 Calories ,but usually are 220 calories (16oz)
Snack two hours later- 8oz of Bolt house green smoothie
Lunch Two Hours later- 190 Slim fast or Special K Protein shake
Two hours later Snack- 100 Calorie Snack of solid food
Dinner Two Hours a balanced dinner (ex: Shake and Bake Chicken wing, cup of veggies, 1/2 cup of whole grain rice)
and of course water throughout the day.
is this healthy or is my homemade meal plan have me in over my head
P.S. I use Flax seed in my meals.
