weight loss question ?

okay so not that im even considering it at all, because im fine with my body, im just curious..

so, you know how they say to exercise in the morning to lose weight because theres no calories to burn and it just goes straight to burning fat, well, would it work the same if you just ate nothing and exercised all the time ?

im not going to do it, like i said, im just wondering so don't lecture me on how starving yourself is wrong because i know it is. !
