i am a mom of 5 with my youngest being just 1 year old. since i had my youngest i am just gaining weight, and 35 lbs since i had her. i have started turbo jam, but i am looking for something to increase my results. i am looking for something safe to take, and i have read about TPF, they say it's safe, but does anyone have any suggestions to any safe pills to enhance my weight loss, and increase my metabolism. i need to loose at least 70 lbs and 90 at the most. if anyone has any ideas id sure appreciate it. please no rude comments, I'm just looking for some help. thank you all.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but in all honesty, no diet pill, no matter what the company claims, is healthy. The only way to effectively lose weight and KEEP it off, is a healthy eating lifestyle, along with regular exercise. No pill will increase exercise results, that simply comes with time.
Try some other forms of exercise in addition to keep yourself from getting bored. Walking, believe it or not, helps tremendously, if done regularly. I know with the little one, you're thinking exercise is probably hard to get in as much as you'd like, but what about pushing the stroller on your walk? That's even better.
Try to team a regular exercise pattern with healthy food choices. This doesn't mean that you have to spend an hour cooking before each meal. Make a big fresh salad that will last you all week--plenty of vegatables and fruits.
Also, have you ever tried juicing? There is nothing better for you, in my opinion, than fresh juice. There are so many health benefits, and it can absolutely help you lose weight. If you don't want to take my word for it, read up on it a little. There is tons of information all over the internet about it--juicing definitely increases weight loss.

I do the 'Fat Smash' diet which is a book from The 'Celebrity Fit Club', off of t.v.
I picked the book up at my local library, I love that it is very simple and basically has healthy eating guidelines and exercise. Personally I love it and the first "Phase" is only 9 days... so if you would like to try it at least give Phase1 a chance!
PHASE 1:
PER DAY YOU CAN HAVE:
2cups brown rice
Yogurt (2 -6 oz)
1 cup Oats
Fruit
Vegetables except avocado and only 2 pickles per day
No potatoes except sweet potatoes
3 egg whites and 1 whole egg
also you can have 3 cups air popped popcorn no butter
Basically you can eat all the veggies and fruit you want, this is for the first 9 days... I lost 10lbs in 9 days! Seriously I've tried a lot of diets, it's great! You can't look at the scale until day 9, very important. In the first month I lost 21 lbs of doing the Fat Smash diet and wasn't even starving at all! Plus make sure you get lots of water. It made me feel GREAT and I did see a difference. So like I was saying you can eat all you want of the "allowed" items but he does say don't over eat. When you feel full quit eating.
Here was my first 4 day menu on Phase 1 =)
Day1:
BF:Oatmeal (I did use instant w/water added)
S:2 Tangerines & 1 Pickle
L:Split Pea Soup
D:Boca Burger w/ketchup & mustard (no bread)
Broccolli w/lemon pepper (steamed)
Day 2:
BF: Oatmeal w/blueberries
S: 2 Tangerines & Banana
L: Sweet Potato Fries (cut fry style and baked)
D: Can of Corn & carrots
S: Grapes
Day 3:
BF: 4 Egg Whites w/salsa, bell pepper & onion (omelet)
S: Frozen Grapes
L: 1/2 can Split Pea Soup, 1 Apple
S: Apple
D: other 1/2 can Split Pea Soup & Carrots
S: Banana
Day 4:
BF: Apple Bake (sliced apple, splenda, cinnamon, 0cal butter spray & oats on top-- baked)
S: Grapes
L: Boca Burger Patti & Sweet Potato Fries (1/2 sweet potato)
S: Carrots & 1 Tangerine
D: BOca Burger Patti, grilled Onions & Tbsp Steak sauce

Good day i have heard that the weight lose pill Alli works really well. The thing about those pills are is , its best to be at home when you start because they make you use the bathroom A LOT! and you can do the water diet which included Cayenne pepper, maple syrup, lemon juice. basically its a water diet that works. Me personally i lost 5 pounds in 3 days. but as always you still have to work out and burn off those calories. hope this helps

normal jumping for two weeks 10 min
then normal squat + jumping for next two weeks
then increase the time of jumping for 10 min to 15 min
diet eat less fat and low card
