I grow African Violets and I use Imidacloprid to kill Soil Meilies and was considering adding Glomus Intraradices to help absorption of minerals, but I wasn't sure if the Imidacloprid would kill the Glomus Intraradices.

No glomus intraradices is a fungus of sorts.
So it is not going to be effected by imiacloprid which is an insecticide.
IT IS just that simple.
Greenhouse grower for 30 years. Insecticides do not kill fungus for the most part.
Horticultural oil might control leaf fungus a little, but not what you are worried about.
