Alright, there is a big halloween sale on Steam, and ALOT of games I want are on sale. I was wondering if I could run Left 4 Dead 2 with little lag, or none at all. Here are my computer specs, I copied them from Dxdiag:

L4D2 isn't a demanding game at all. It should run fine on medium without any lag.

Is this a laptop or desktop? Either way, it should at least run Left 4 Dead 2. But you'll have problems when a horde comes out. Your processor's a bit slow so you can't maximize settings or have too many zombies present at the same time. If that's a desktop you have, I suggest you replace that processor with a stronger one.
