I am 36 weeks pregnant and feel like I am eating way too much, and possibly too much sweet stuff. Could you please tell me what you would eat in a day? PLEASE be honest! Its the only way I can guage if I am normal.
Like today I've had Raisin toast, an apple, 4 chocolate cookies, two cups Raspberry tea and one half caf coffee, a chicken schnitzel, with mash potato carrots and beans, a small hand full of raisons and peacans, a small bowl of creamed rice, and I think thats it. But its only like, 3pm here!! Is that REAL bad?

omg i know exactly what u mean i am 32 weeks pregnant and it seems like i am always hungry i went to mcdonalds and got a mcchiken meal and usually after the fries and half the sndwich i am stuffed! and then i wanted a chicken wrap cause i wasnt filled up i was liek WTF i dont know i think it is all jsut part of being pregnant lol.
You are doing great in my opinion. Worry about what you eat after the baby not now. Eat when you are hungry because if you are hungry so is your baby. I am 35 weeks pregnant and I never thought I could eat so much! I can eat a foot long at subway with 2 cookies and 2 cups of fruit punch and not be stuffed when before I would eat a 6" with the 2 cookies and couldn't finish my drink because I was stuffed.
I eat more than that and I'm not pregnant! I don't think you are eating too much, remember you're eating for two. You might want to cut down on the sweets though. When I was pregnant(about a million years ago) I ate all day long! You should eat more nutritous food but most of the things you have listed are good for you.
im 39 weeks pregnant, today i have eaten:
-frozen yoghurt
-2 slice pizza
-4 choc biscuits
-2 peices of toast with peanut butter
(its 4pm here)
For tea im having fish, potato bake and vegies
I dont think your diet is really bad unless you are putting on an excessive ammount of weight. Dont forget to keep up with exercise (even if its just walking around the block once a day) and you should be fine! Good Luck
I eat different amounts everyday. Today i had 2 bowls of cereal, 4 cubes of cheese, a hot pocket, a bite of ravioli, a jamaican beef patty and some broccoli cheese bites....wow, i ate alot of junk food today. But this is not actually not alot for what i normally eat now that im 37 weeks.
WHEN YOU ARE WITH CHILD YOU WILL EAT A LOT AS LONG AS YOU DIDNT GAIN MORE THEN 50 POUNDS SINCE YOU BEEN WITH CHILD THEN YOU SHOULD BE GOOD. AND YOU SEEM TO BE EATING GOOD STUFF ALSO JUST LAY OF THE TEA AND COFFEE BECAUSE OF THE CAFFINE IT IS NOT GOOD FOR THE BABY. I HAVE THREE KIDS AND I HAVE READ ALL THE BOOK AND TALKED TO ALL THE DOCS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOOD AND WHAT IS NOT OH AND THE RASIN BREAD MAKE IT WHEAT BEACUSE WHITE HAS SUGARS IN IT ALSO JUST WATCH YOUR SALT IN TAKE AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GOOD LUCK WITH THE BABY I HOPE I HAVE BEEN OF SOME HELP
Try to stay to healthy foods but eat how much YOU feel is right. I usually ate 5 times a day, whatever I wanted, but I've never had a sweet tooth.
Everyone eats a diffrent amount at diffrent time just think the baby is hungry and needs food to grow and they grow the most in the last little bit
You should eat what makes you feel good. everyone has different limits and levels. I couldn't get enough Hersheys with almonds when I was pregnant with my first daughter! You are doing fine. Just try to be as healthy as possible lots of fruits and veggies!
not that bad.... food cravings when pregnant is normal... but if you don't want to get that big... cut-off the sweets and eat only fish, fruits and vegetables... especially foods that are rich in fiber... --fiber-enriched foods can help you to ease the pain when giving birth... trust me!
