You can not use his field spell because it said
Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. When a card with a Spell Counter(s) is destroyed, place its Spell Counters on this card. Once per turn, if YOU would activate a card's effect by removing a Spell Counter(s) from cards YOU control, you can remove Spell Counters from this card instead. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card instead.
the word 'you' refers to the controller of the card so unfortunately you can't use it. IF it said ' if a card's effect that requires spell counters to be removed remove the spell counters from this card' or something like that, you can.
No, taking part in Magical fort of Endymion would not provide itself a spell counter by using fact it is not yet on the sphere. in simple terms spell taking part in cards performed after Magical fort of Endymion is on the sphere will provide it a spell counter. desire this facilitates.
Yes, if your citadel has 5 counters then you can use breakers effect 5 times. Plus the first one he gets.
