I am about 34 or 35 weeks along, I have been having diarrhea since I hit week 30, and I do remember this happened with my 1st pregnancy too. The first time around my dr just thought that it was how my body was handling the pregnancy, this time around I have mentioned it to my dr last appt (different dr this time) but she didn't say much, hooked me to a monitor to monitor the baby for 20 minutes says everything is fine. I don't think I am having any major issues or anything, but just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this.
I usually only get it at night, drinking ginger tea helps alot, but today is the first time (with this pregnancy) that I have had it during the day and I have dealt with it about 3 times so far today), I almost wonder if my body is going though the clearing out process for labor, but it might also be nothing again.

im 37+4 and i started having it last week, my dr said its my body preparing for labor..trying to clean itself out..i only get it like every other day.. good luck
I had this same problem a few days into week 34. I thought I was preparing for labor. But like your doctor she didnt think anything of it an dismissed it cause we later figured it was because of being out in the 110 degree heat an the food I had eaten between the heat an that had made me very sick. I felt like I was about to go into labor. Was having the abdomen pains an even clocking contractions evey 20 mins.Went to the maternity center an NOTHING! It was those darn Braxton Hicks contractions.
I did. I requested a question about it some weeks in the past and no human being replied. i began having diarrhea late in my third being pregnant and it under no circumstances went away after the toddler changed into born. He changed into in ordinary words 6 lb. 13 oz.. because of it. I later got here upon out that I had better various nutrition intolerances.
I did with my third pregnancy and I was frustrated because my doctor dismissed my problem. At six weeks postpartum I still had diarrhea and he finally took me seriously, but he still did not find the cause. I had to go to an internist before I found out the cause of the diarrhea. I had developed several food intolerances and I had to change what I ate.
You have an impatient baby :) Hope everything goes well x
