I am 13 and I play basketball. I want to know if there is a way I can build up stamina or something to do suicides longer because I get tired on the 3rd time I did the drill. (I know I suck xD) But is there a way that can help me do this???

To be honest with you, suicides are what is building your stamina ! continuously practicing suicides. They will translate into better play in the game. Make sure you are cutting hard when switching directions. Explode off the line, and just try and breath through your nose and out of your mouth. Just try and stay motivated and you will get better
That's the point of suicide drills! It makes you tired but the more you do it, the more your body will get used to it and your stamina will be high so that when you're in an actual game; you can play efficiently with your playing time.
Cardio exercises you have to continue to do suicides to build up your stamina an exercise that we used in the army was to run for two minutes , walk for two minutes and sprint for one minute do that for an hour a day until you work your way up doing that got a lot of us through our 4 mile runs
Make sure you're eating enough protein .(peanut butter, salmon, chicken, eggs, ect.) And drinking enough water before practices. It takes a long time to build up stamina, so try practicing at home too. Don't burn yourself out on the first three, conserve some of your energy ( run slightly slower ). Good luck :)
