I had/have extremely bad nosebleeds which have in the past caused me to need blood transfusions. Before it was always over a time period of 3/4 weeks that I would lose a significant amount (72 was my lowest) but the other day my brother and I were playing rugby and I got a elbow to the nose and lost the most blood I ve ever seen. I m having a blood test Monday to establish the loss but I ve now got tonsillitis and a horrible fever my heart rate which is normally 60 is always above 90 even when lying in bed.
Is this a coincidence or am I ill because off the blood loss?

A fever causes your heart rate to increase.
Coincidence, and WHY have you not had your nose cauterized.?
