I'm a 20 yr old girl, 5 5, and 185 pounds and I'm trying to get down to 135 pounds. I gained 50 pounds in about 4 years, so I haven't always been overweight. But I want to lose it the healthy way, no pills or anything. I'm going to work hard, eat clean, weight lift, and run. So do you think I can lose 50 by August, which is about 5 months from now?

Yes 10 pounds a month should be ok.
Sure, you can do it. The most important thing you need is will power. Then talk to your dietician, Gym instructor, who will prepare a diet plan and exercise regime. You have to follow them religiously and stay away from junk food or sodas.
Sure you can, my dad did after he got heart attack. He eat less, more work out. Big drop in 4 months.
Yes, of course. Mind over matter
