Can I switch on-contract phones?
I'm on Sprint and my iPhone is on contract. I know that you can switch phones on the plan easily enough, but here is my question. If someone else buy's a phone on contract from Sprint, is it possible that I can activate that phone on my plan and let them activate my iPhone on their plan? Thanks.
Update:@evilattorney; We can't both be in a Sprint store because I'm only visiting right now. Plus, I'd rather just switch ESN's from the account page, which I've heard is possible? Would buying two super cheap Sprint phones with clean ESN's as placeholders work for this?

You would both have to go to a Sprint store and they would have have to do it because until a different phone is activated to your line, the ESN of your current phone is not clean and the same goes for your friend. As far as I know, Sprint will charge for this.
