Can My computer run DayZ?
Specs are CPU: amd a6-3620 2.2ghz Quad Core
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD6530D
RAM: 4GB
I was able too run the ARMA 2 demo on normal setting at about 30 frames per second, Anything higher started too bog it down though.
Update:Also what would would be a good graphics card too mix with the CPU?

Yes but it might lag a bit
I have the same exact CPU and graphics as you. I am able to run ArmA 2 on medium settings also, about the same FPS. When I go on DayZ however, I can't get over 10 FPS on lowest settings. I really don't know what is wrong with it. It should be fixed once I upgrade my video card though.
DayZ is just a mod of ARMA II so you will be able to run it, but in big cities, there's a glitch with drop that kills your FPS (about 25FPS)
