Civil court has a monetary cap like $5K.
Speak to an Employment Attorney if you can prove that an employee conspired and that the Company did not follow policy. If there is no proof and this is an 'At Will Employment' State which makes it easier for a Company to fire employees. A vehicle being repo'd is not cause for a suit.
You can try, but I'd seek counsel from a lawyer before pursuing legal action.
