I lent my friend my sd card to take a video recording. however, since his camera is different from mine and has higher pixel, i cannot view his recording on my camera. the problem is that i am now trying to save all the pictures/recordings from that sd card to my computer. however, i can only see my pictures/recording on the computer and not his recordings? how do i solve this problem?!
help!!

You have not been reading your instructions have you. You've just violated one of the cardinal rules about digital cameras. Never (emphasis on "never") interchange one card from camera to camera.
So now you're finding out why that's a rule. Of course you can't view his stuff on your camera. Cameras and cards don't work that way - again you didn't bother to do your reading.
Upload his stuff from his camera to your computer. Then upload your stuff through your camera to your computer. Or, buy a card reader and it'll probably see every thing.
As soon as you're done with that format that card in your camera or buy a new one. It may have been corrupted or destroyed by what you did.
Next time read the instructions and pay attention and you won't have problems like this.
