What would cause a computer inside a factory sealed box to have the bag that the computer is in have the seal broken, the seal on the power cord broken and the manuals not in their correct places? I don't understand how a "NEW" factory sealed product rolls out to a consumer like this. Is this my problem? Or should I receive a refund?
