I just got a brand new Dell laptop and I was using my web cam when my computer froze. I tried to restart it but when I did it gave me a choice to do a normal windows start up or launch start up repair. I picked the latter, hoping it would fix any problems on my computer. Nothing new has happened, it's still broken. Any suggestions? I've had this computer for under a week and it's Windows Vista
