i have a windows xp and i just recently had to restore it. after restoring it, it has been getting slower and slower with the web scrolling. when i scroll it scrolls as if i had the smooth scroll off. can anyone help??

restore should be your last option on win XP try my videos . i have not had any major issue in last 3 years and no restores or crashes.

Reinstall the graphics driver. (You probably missed a few drivers after you installed XP.)
