I'm still exploring with my Corel Videostudio Pro X5. I don't know how to import my voice recordings off of- don't laugh- MP3. I can get videos, pictures and some songs off my MP3, but not my voice recordings. Please help and please be as detailed as possible (so I can follow it)

For those of us who are old and out of the loop, what's an MP3 (besides an audio file type)? I've used VSP X3 and am now using X5 Ultimate but can't help you without knowing what kind of device your voice recordings are stored on.
btw, here are some good tutorials. Use the X4 tuts for the basics. The X5 tuts are more advanced, some are for the Ultimate edition.

Hhhmmm? When you right click on in any monitor of the Timeline, you'll see an choice to "Insert Audio". In case you go to the File Menu, each of the "Insert Media....." choices have "Insert Audio". If I needed to guess, i might say that your voice recordings are in a further folder than the track and image records. If that you could connect your MP3 (are you speaking about an MP3 player?) to your laptop (using USB probably?), go to begin>laptop and see if its icon is there. If it is, proper click on on it, then click on on Open. This will likely mean you can see the folders. Double click on them unless you to find your narrations. If you're not certain if a file is a narration, correct click on the file, then click on Open (or Play). Whenever you're in doubt, proper click. There are all varieties of options within the proper click menu - and they can be unique depending on what you're clicking on.
