I was watching the episode "Birthright" from television show "Criminal Minds" and had a question regarding the killer's actions when it came to women.
When the BAU found Robert Wilkinson's (the killer) private journals and maps they read that he would abduct one woman and rape her in his barn every night, than after 4 weeks he would abduct another woman and save her for when the other woman was (in his and the BAU's words) "physically unable to withstand anymore sex." When this happened he would kill the one woman and start raping the other until he had to kill her.
Aren't women biologically and physically able to have sex every night if they want to? Can women get to a point where they can no longer have sex? Is sex that damaging to a woman??? I am a virgin so I don't know how much sex hurts anyway.

Same thing came across my mind a couple years ago when i saw the episode, technically....yes they can get physically worn out because we are assuming they are not being fed properly, no sort of lubrication and sex in itself is a vigorous and tiring activity so in the case of rape where the woman is fighting off the rapist as well as putting up with physical + mental trauma, she can be worn out within a few days/weeks
