Can you move around after after he ejaculates inside you? Or do you need to keep still within that minimum of 6 hour wait? Like, when we're done, and he has finished inside me, can I get up, walk around, or will that mess with the placement of the "cervical barrier"?
When you place it in before sex, can you feel it at all? While you're walking around before intercourse, can you feel it? Or is it like a tampon in the sense that you forget it's there?

Update:I'm not asking which is better, or how to put them in, etc. I have yet to decide which one I'm going to use, but I'm totally fine with either of the three.
Update 3:Oh, and with question 1: Is it easily dislodged, does it easily shift around? Will moving around a lot do that?

No you can't feel it if it's been properly fitted. You need to use it together with spermicide, as some sperm can sneak around the edge sometimes. Yes, you can move around normally after sex if you have one that's the right size and you've used it with spermicide. Added bonus: you can have sex when you're on your period because it keeps the blood in.
