I prefer when my bands are lesser known but I really don't care if they become popular or not. As long as it doesn't change the sound of their music I'm okay with it.
I die a little inside when they're music gets REAL shitty when they try to stay in the mainstream. Like Shinedown(I'm from Jax so I was there when they started playing in bars), Chevelle, Muse, probably some others but I'm drawing a blank
No, actually I'm happy. Because when I know such an awesome song, but none of my friends know it. Then when it gets popular, I can sing it with my friends! Sounds weird, I know. . .
