I've read a little and, so far, what I can tell is that, scientifically, the inside of the a certain cactus plant from the Kalahari desert truly is an apettite suppresant. What is unclear is whether you can truly get this product. I think you can, but, it is expensive and there are many fakes on the market. Any REAL EXPERIENCE with product from anyone out there?

so far your facts seem straight, yes it works not without some little known side effects and yes there are a lot of fakes out there the active ingredient is p57 and its expensive, so a few companies have been caught dropping the dossage in the pills.
