Does protein powder go bad?
I got some protein powder from a friend to use in getting more protein after workouts. One catch, It's literally about 5 years old. Does the stuff ever go bad? I hadn't thought about it, but it didnt seem to mix as well in the milk i mixed it in as the last batch i had bought?
Can't find an expiration date. I just dont want to be throwing up bad protein powder.
