No, we are never too young to fall in love. Probably the first person in our lives we "fall" in love with is our mother. As we grow and learn about our world around us we begin to love others. In early stages it is often referred to as "Puppy Love". As we grow older and our horizons widen we begin loving in more sincere fashions. We begin our exploration for a life partner. We fall in and out of love almost daily with those around us generally of the opposite sex. All too often we think we are madly in love with someone when in actuality it is more lust as our hormones are raging during our Teen years. This is actually natural and a left over from when girls married between 12 and 13 years of age and often boys between 13 and 14; the ages of puberty. Today we do not generally marry at that age but the hormones are just as fierce!
Age really has no bearing on love. Love comes hopefully with maturity of the individual and their understanding between lust and love. A 15 year old girl can truly be in love with a 30 year old man and vice-versa a 15 year old boy with a 30 year old woman. Because of the society we live in today this is not accepted as normal. Local laws place ages when people can be involved in relationships usually based on church laws and dogma. These restrictive and out-of-date laws should be repealed and allow people to pursue their own desires on love and relationships.
True love is not that which we speak of usually in terms of relationships between two people. Love cannot be limited. Love isn't conditional. Love starts within you first. Anyways, that being said, I myself am in a relationship with a guy who is 25 years older than me. I find we get along great and I like spending time with him and I am thankful to have him in my life. But no one can love me but me. We become crazy when we attach "love" to a person and expect them to make us happy. You have to first be happy with yourself.
Yes... because when i was in middle school 7th grade i saw the most beautiful woman i have ever seen in my life... Once i got to high school i felt like an idiot for thinking that

True love has no age limits ( the law does but love does not) young love is great, commiment and marriage and children at a young age, not so great.
