Where is the best place in Downtown LA to live?
I need to be able to play loud music, but I also don't want to piss off my neighbors too much. I have a steady job/income, and rent price isn't too much of a big deal.
It has to be in DTLA. It also needs to be pet friendly.
I was looking at the Rosslyn Lofts if anybody has any information on those, and also the Pacific Electric Lofts.
Update:Obviousman, you are an idiot. If I say I NEED to play loud music, that is exactly what I meant. Not that I WANT to. I sing for a rock band and play guitar quite often. I don't specifically work anywhere, more at home and at studios.

The best place is whatever is closest to your job.
And we should clarify the grammar: You WANT to be able to play loud music. But if you don't want to pi$$ of your neighbors, your two options are to listen to it using headphones, or buy a house in the suburbs. There are millions of homes to choose from.
Metro 417 has a good location, right across from the Pershing Square subway entrance. And the Title Guarantee Building is also a good location.
