I was charged with DUI for weed sept 28th of 2013. Would I be able to drive into Canada? Would they deny me? I am on a state program which will expunge my DUI, but I am planning on going to canada about a month before the charge is expunged. Anyone know what to do and how the DUI thing works for crossing Canadian boarder in a car?

Unfortunately, Canada takes DUI VERY seriously and you will likely NOT be able to get into Canada on your own. Normally you would need to wait 5 to 10 years until you can enter. If you have a DUI, you can cross the border by going to a Canadian consulate and seeing if you qualify for a temporary residence card. I recommend going to a consulate BEFORE you travel just in case there's some technical issue while you're at the border. It probably wouldn't be very ideal if you have to turn all the way around and go back.
