I will be taking a elementary algebra class next semester at the local college I am attending. I took pre algebra about 15 years ago at another college. I was wondering if I should retake pre algebra over again since its been so long ago. I was told that I should be fine taking elementary algebra since its really a beginners class. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Perhaps you should take the placement test at your college. You may be surprised by how much you've retained from the class you took 15 years ago. At worst, you'll be placed in Pre-Algebra (which is what you're considering taking anyway).
this question is amazingly too imprecise to respond to especially yet i'm guessing you will probable pass deeper into graphing, like studying approximately parabolas, hyperbolas, circles and ellipses, consistent with danger studying approximately e and logs, imaginary numbers and studying approximately matrices. a lot of it extremely is predicated off of common algebra. I doubt that it will conceal suggestions from Calculus yet Calculus will use the suggestions you have discovered in Algebra.
