Where are you stuck? What methods have you tried so far? Can we trust the spacing? Do we have any indication that this is a simple substitution cipher, rather than a more complex form?
If so, then where are the letter frequency counts you should have tried already?
What ideas have you tried for the sequence RXA DXB KXF DXB? Four consecutive 3-letter words with the same middle letter is certainly unusual enough to warrant your focus.
