At 12dpo I experienced a sharp twinge in my lower right pelvic region, but it was only a brief pain. I haven't felt it since, but it was enough to get me wondering. Could that possibly have anything to do with implantation? I felt cramps with my son, but I don't recall experiencing that sort of pain.

The reason I ask is because we are looking to conceive our 2nd child soon. We haven't really been trying, so-to-speak, but we haven't been preventing it.

Nope, no spotting. I didn't have any spotting with my son, either.
