I hate to ask this question, but that's why we're here, right? Well, when I was a teen, I used sally hansons mustache bleeching creams and hair removers, now, and ever since then, I've have a white strip above my lip where my mustache grows, and it must have been bleeched by the creams, and I don't know how to get rid of it... any suggestions? it's really annoying, and embarrasing! Thanks!

what i mean by white strip is: my skin is whiter above my lip then my whole face... like it was permanently bleeched!
