ok i have drew brees at QB for my team and i also have donovan mcnabb, another guy in the league is wanting to trade marion barber for my donovan mcnabb....is that a good trade?
i wouldnt do it...but it depends on the rbs that you have now...if theyre strong then i wouldnt do it because mcnabb will be back in a couple of weeks and the cowboys seem to be throwing the ball effectively after week 1 plus barber is spliting time with felix jones and choice...i would only do it if you REALLY dont have 2 strong/ok rbs
you also have to see if you can get a decent backup qb off the waiver wire incase something happens to brees or for his bye week...so i say keep mcnabb
Yes definitely trade him. McNabb might play for a while yet, but he isn't going to play as well. Add to the fact that they will probably want to throw Vick in at some point this season. Barber is a great RB2 or RB3 to put up good numbers all year.
YES do it McNabb has cracked ribs DBrees is a great great great fantasy QB theres no need to have 2 good ones and now McNabb is hurt...MBarber is a good fantasy RB because he scores a lot of touchdowns
In a heartbeat even more now with Donovan injured! It does not matter who you have for RB's already, because Barber is a fantasy stud. Pull the trigger quick before they change their mind.
even however Tory Holt is adverse this 12 months because of the fact of a bad Offensive Line and QB subject concerns, and you'd be getting T.O., Peterson is the wonderful RB interior the league and Kevin Smith is close to to a 2d string RB (Rudi Johnson could be beginning over him). do no longer do the commerce. =P
yes, no sense having two QB's when you can only play one. Make the trade and when Brees has his bye week, pick up the best QB available and drop a WR or RB you aren't using.

I would wait for Donovan to get healthy and prov he is ok. Then once he has another big week trade him for a better RB then Marion Barber. GL

No way Marion Barber isn't even that good. McNabb won't be out too long.

Do it in a second, Barber was drafted ahead of McNabb in every draft for a reason.
If you have Brees go for it but see what else he has you might be able to get something better than Barber
