FLORIDA Traffic Law Violation Question?

Alright, so...

Sent to me in the mail today was a traffic light (camera snapshot) fine for a left turn on a red light (God knows why I didn't notice it and made the turn, probably because it was in a neighborhood). Three pictures on the paper sent to me showed only the back of the car; my face was not identified, therefore, they did not put points on my license.

With that said, is there any way to get out of the fine? Can they still legally fine me even though they could not identify me on the camera, or can I tell them that someone else was borrowing my car at the time?

Again, this is in Florida, specifically, Orlando in the Orange County area. Thanks for your help, law peeps. Also, this was sent to my dad, because he's the owner of the policy that has my license plate, but I'll have to pay the fine if I can't get out of it.
