ok well theres this girl and on halloween i was gonna ask her out but she knew i was and said dont bother asking her out because she would say no and that she wont be my gf a few days later im in school and im sitting she comes to me and says did i hurt your feelings and i say no then she says im a bad person and i said no then she huged me for like 2 mins then like kinda kissed me on the cheek but it wasnt a kiss, you no that thing u do on a little kids stomach like blow on it to make a fart noise.... im not sure why she did it and she kinda stares at me in class and i dont no wut to do help please....

This act will twist her brain as to why you are not playing her game. Reverse psychology is what is needed here.

okay, there are to things that could be going on here... either she doesn't ike you but felt really bad or She didn't like ou but likes you now. Either way... ignore her. Not completely shn her of course. Just don't stare at her when she looks at you. Just pretend you don't notice. If she likes you now... enjy the chase. Have fun watching her try to get your attention.
But don't go out with her no matter what. She seems like a girl who likes to play games. No one should be with someone like that.
