So I have some awesome friends who I care about and they care about me too but this summer I haven't gotten to hang out with them at all. It's not like I'm not invited. No, I'm invited to all of it. It's just I can never go! Both of my parents work full time. I ask them but most of the time it's a no and I don't blame them!! Im scared they think I'm making it up and blowing them off. I wanna go with them so bad!! I know when we get back to school they are all Gunna be super close and have lots of jokes and things which I won't mind but I don't want to be left behind just watching them talk.... Idk. How can I get more time with friends? How can I convince them that I'm not lying? How can I stay close with them?
