I need some help on finding good resistant exercises, some that preferably that dont need heavy exercise equipment. I dont really know what they are either but if you could explain that too that would be great but if not,that ok to. Thanks for the help, MERRY CHRIST-MAS

i agree, swim. lol to add more resistance to our workout sometimes our coach makes up bring like sweates or big t shirts while we swim to add more drag and make it harder
yah i'm very resistant to exercise too. But you need to overcome this resistance in order to exercise and therefore become more fit. It is as you say good to exercise.
A lot of people are resistant to exercise and no you don't need heavy exercise equipment to be resistant. In fact i find myself most resistant to stuff like walking and jogging which don't really need any heavy equipment.

A resistance excercise in swimming is to do laps kicking holding you kickboard vertical and half-way in the water.
